Approximately 85% of gross domestic product of our country comes from the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, for which it is essential to provide the necessary capabilities in this sector to promote growth and development.
In Latin America the PYMEs (by its acronym in Spanish) have developed considerably, mainly in rural areas, contributing to the integral development of our nations.
The Association "Creo en ti" was born in the year 2,009 to attend the multiple needs of youth and indigenous peoples, becoming an alternative to innovate development opportunities to help eradicate the various social phenomena that affect the quality of life and the development level of the peoples of Totonicapan.
Entrepreneurship is a source of opportunities for young people, which contributes in great part to their integral development; should develop entrepreneurship as a strategy to combat poverty, with this it is being promoted the creation of productive chains for development.
The importance of these sectors is the creation of new jobs, which generates a series of positive events for direct workers and their families; also contribute to the growth and development of countries.
Entrepreneurship as well as being an important source of employment, is also generating wealth, which allows the economy to become dynamic in the communities giving greater opportunities to youth and other members of communities and contribute to local economic growth.
It should encourage entrepreneurship at community, municipal, departmental and regional levels to help entrepreneurs improve their management skills. Development and growth of PYMEs, will help to promote economic and social development of Guatemala and Latin America.
